WHY IS TANCREAM DIFFERENT?

Unlike other products Tancream is an Ultra Five Star UVA, SPF 50, Gradual Daily Self Tan & Instant Bronzer. Its unique formulation provides a natural looking, odour free & streak-free tan to suit most skin tones and lifestyle. The instant bronzer gives you a great guide for application and gives you coverage of blemishes, age spots and scarring. It is anti-ageing & non greasy with no orange tones.

WHAT IS YOUR ANIMAL TESTING POLICY?

The Tancream brand is against animal testing.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS?

All of our products are free from parabens.

HOW DO I CARRY OUT A PATCH TEST?

Apply a small amount of the self tan product with a cotton bud to the inner crease of the elbow or behind the ear and leave dry for 24hrs. If any contra-actions occur such as redness, swelling, inflammation or itching, avoid using the product as this is a positive reaction for sensitivity. If no reaction occurs then it is fine to proceed with the full body application.

CAN TANCREAM BE USED DURING PREGNANCY?

Yes it is safe for use during pregnancy.

DOES TANCREAM PROTECT ME FROM UV EXPOSURE?

YES – It is SPF 50 which gives HIGH protection from UVB rays avoiding sun burn and it has a 5*UV rating which gives ULTRA protection from UVA rays so preventing premature ageing.

CAN I USE TANCREAM IF I HAVE ECZEMA?

Tancream can be used on skin disorders such as eczema, however we advise a patch test is completed at least 24hrs to the tan being applied to check for skin sensitivity. Tancream’s luxurious lotion gives you a lovely silky feel to your skin. Avoid applying tan to any aggravated or broken skin.

CAN TANCREAM HELP TO DISGUISE VITILIGO?

We have found that Tancream can help to minimise the appearance of Vitiligo.

CAN TANCREAM COVER STRETCH MARKS OR SCARS?

We have found that Tancream camouflages the appearance of blemishes, age spots, stretch marks and scars.

WILL I TURN ORANGE OR GO TOO DARK?

Tancream gives you a natural golden glow with no orange tones.

We are unable to amend an order once it has been submitted. Please ensure that you thoroughly check your order before pressing submit.

Yes we can provide a gift box or gift bag with an added cost. Please add the optional product at the checkout.

WHAT ARE MY POSTAGE OPTIONS?

See our checkout page for current Royal Mail prices, it will calculate your order based on your location and give options for signed for delivery etc.
– Orders over £50 FREE. Standard Delivery for UK addresses. Please note that deliveries will take longer over Bank Holidays.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

If you have not received a confirmation for your order, first check your junk mail. If it is not within this folder, please continue to our contact us page so that we can assist you further.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Changed your mind? We hope that you love your order. However, you may return any unopened product for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery. Please follow the returns process below: You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain and retain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. This can be used in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

We will refund the price paid by you for the goods within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and the appropriate discount level. The Returns Process Please email us within 7 working days to the following address: [email protected] ensuring you provide the below information:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Item number of returned item
• Return reason

Once your email is received, we will confirm the return address. When returning your items, please ensure that the package is properly sealed. Once your goods have arrived at our warehouse, we will process the calculated refund within 30 days of receiving them. You will receive an email notification of your refund from our Customer Services Team. Refunds will only be made through Paypal or Worldpay depending on your payment option. This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.
